At Beautiful Vision Anxiety Center, our approach to grief and loss is grounded in connection, faith, and evidence-based care. Using approaches such as narrative therapy, emotional processing, and polyvagal-informed care, we support you in making sense of your loss, navigating the emotional and physical weight of grief, and reconnecting with your body in the midst of it. Grief can impact you emotionally, physically, and relationally, and our work is designed to support the whole person as you move through it.

Together, we create a space where you can process your experience at your own pace, while developing the capacity to remain present with your emotions without becoming overwhelmed.
